Claire Powell

Claire has worked as a HR professional for over 20 years, having been employed in-house for a variety of companies and industries. Claire holds a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resource Management and has been a member of the CIPD for over 20 years. She started her career in HR working for a large UK based security company and was there just under 10 years before leaving to join Roland Berger, Strategy Consultants as the UK HR Manager, staying for 9 years. Claire became an independent HR Specialist in 2013 and Weller Mae launched on 1 July 2016. She lives in Tooting with her Partner, two teenagers, two dogs and some fish. Claire enjoys cycling, yoga and running (slowly).

Liz Stringer

Liz joined Weller Mae in 2017, bringing over 10 years’ experience in HR and a particular passion for employee engagement initiatives. Liz’s HR career started within the educational services industry and moved on to experience within Corporate services, logistics and online payment solutions, before her most recent role as HR manager for a large, award-winning London housing association. Liz has a Post Grad Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a member of CIPD. She is currently studying for a Diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy. Outside of work Liz is kept busy by her two small children, and has a passion for cooking and baking.

Charlotte Harding

Charlotte joined Weller Mae in January 2019, she holds a wealth of experience in Talent acquisition & HR partnering spanning over a decade. She has effectively transformed and created HR departments, from Global established organisations to start-up SMEs, putting strategies in place to manage scalability for a growing company.

Her professional objective is to partner with each business to attract, develop and retain the appropriate people resources needed to meet the current and future organisational objectives. She educates employees and management on the organisational benefits of a sustainably engaged workforce, while staying current on HR trends.
